The Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 “Surprise” Commercial is Surprisingly Enjoyable

You’ve probably seen this already, as it seems to be everywhere– or at least on a lot of male-targeted programming, anyway. I’m not especially inclined to play the game, but I do enjoy this ad more than last year’s version. I guess there’s something about Tony Stark bringing a jet to a gunfight that I just find appealing.

Incidentally, how many of these people are celebrities, anyway? I don’t watch enough TV or anything to really know unless they guest-host Monday Night Raw.

The Forgotten Super Mario World Commercial and What It Means to Me Now

It’s a funny thing: When it comes to commercials for Super Mario World, in such instances that such a topic would come up, it seems the ones people remember are always either this one or that one. And while I do remember both well, the one which has always remained burned into my memory when talking about video game commercials is the one everyone has seemingly forgotten:

The Hunt for Tato Skins

Does anyone out there remember this commercial?

And of course, there was this variant, from when they introduced barbecue flavored Tato Skins as well.

I remember the chips rather fondly, as they were favorites of mine growing up. However, I noticed over the years that they had become increasingly scarce. In fact, Tato Skins seem downright non-existent.
